RETURNS

EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
You have 14 days from the time of purchase to return your unwanted items for exchange only. If you'd like to return an item please contact us beforehand at uncodedera@gmail.com 

Items MUST be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and no signs of wear (including pet/smoke smell). We have the right to deny a return for these reasons upon our discretion. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Shoes must be returned in the original box they were shipped in.

Due to the nature of the item, bodysuits are final sale. Accessories such as socks + jewelry are final sale. Thank you for understanding!

Once your return items have been received and checked out, we will issue you a store credit via e-mail. 

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange. Sale items are final sale.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but in a different size, send us an email at uncodedera@gmail.com to check availability.

CONTACT US BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS FOR THE RETURN ADDRESS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE:

Uncoded Era is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is a problem while your package is in transport, we take responsibility for that. However, if your package status has updated to "delivered" and should, by all accounts, be in your hands - we cannot be held accountable if you've in fact not received your items. If you have a problem, YOU (the customer) are responsible for contacting the postal service (UPS, USPS) to file a claim. (we suggest calling, as it is sometimes more effective).

Uncoded Era is also NOT responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. PLEASE double check your information before checking out entirely. We cannot make changes after an item has shipped or is in transit.

Thank you for understanding that we, as a small business, cannot afford to take numerous blows each week from lost or stolen packages that are no fault of our own. We ALWAYS want to take care of you + make sure that you are happy - but we also have to think business minded while doing so!
